Annie Champagne

Annie is passionate about helping children and adolescents feel safe, supported, and understood as they navigate life’s challenges. She strives to create a warm, welcoming environment where clients of all ages can express themselves openly, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills at their own pace. Annie believes every client is unique and values building strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust, growth, and emotional healing.
Her counseling approach is grounded in person-centered therapy and child-centered play therapy, giving children and teens the space to process emotions and experiences in ways that feel natural and comfortable to them. She also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based techniques to best meet each client’s individual needs.
Annie has a special passion for supporting children and adolescents experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress-related concerns, and major life transitions. She understands how difficult experiences can impact emotional, behavioral, and social development and is committed to helping clients build resilience, emotional regulation skills, self-esteem, and confidence.
She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Columbus State University and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Counseling, from Auburn University. Annie is currently pursuing licensure in the state of Georgia and working toward certification in play therapy.
