Donald W. Weatherford, LAPC, NCC

Donald W. Weatherford (He/His/Him) has extensive experience working with people dealing with personality disorders as well as severely persistent mentally illness. Additionally, his experience includes working with trauma-related concerns, ‘at risk’ youth, HIV education and counseling. He has a passion for working with LGBTQIA youth.

Donald is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor who received his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. He is a member of Chi Sigma Iota, Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society International. He has worked in the mental health field since 2018.

Donald utilizes an integrative approach in the therapeutic process that incorporates facets of cognitive, behavioral, existential, reality, mindfulness, and other modalities to aid the client in becoming the best version of their true authentic self.

Donald is working under the clinical supervision of Sandra Phillips, LPC, CPCS.
