Hannah Reed, LPC, RPT

Hannah Reed (She/Her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Registered Play Therapist, and is trained in EMDR therapy.

Hannah's passion is working with children and adults of all ages who struggle with anxiety, depression or have experienced a traumatic event or a traumatic childhood. Hannah's training in play therapy, EMDR, and other cutting-edge methods is a testament to her commitment to providing effective therapy that is rooted in the most recent research on brain science, psychology, and relationship dynamics.

Prior to becoming a counselor, Hannah worked as an advocate at the Partnership Against Domestic Violence. There, she managed crisis calls and facilitated survivors' flight to safety and their journey toward empowerment. Hannah completed her internship with Emory Hospital Group’s Behavioral Health Services. She graduated from Georgia State with additional training in trauma-informed care and expressive and play therapy techniquesHannah is passionate about working with people throughout the lifespan and uses integrative and expressive therapies specifically tailored to the unique needs of each client. She believes that healing is a collaborative process where you and your therapist work together and grow. Hannah considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients in their journey towards healing and wellness.
