Rebecca Swan

Rebecca is in the process of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor and is doing her practicum and intership with Marietta West Cobb Counseling Center. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Berea College in Berea, Kentucky. She is currently working on her Master of Arts in Counseling: Clinical Mental Health degree at the Townsend Institute at Concordia University in Irvine, California.

Rebecca is interested in specializing in trauma therapy, but looks forward to treating a variety of clients and issues. Her primary theoretical orientation is Psychodynamic; however, the foundation of her counseling practice is on building a supportive and warm working relationship with her clients.

Rebecca is the CEO of Fight The Silence, Inc., a nonprofit that edcuates and advocates to put an end to child sexual abuse and provides resources and support to survivors. She is a Registered Behavior Therapist at Fusion Autism Center, and a member of the American Counseling Association.

Rebecca is working under the supervision of Terri Abraham, MS, LPC, NCC, MAC, CPCS.
