She aims to help individuals discover and nurture, what she likes to call, their "Best Me." In helping a person become their Best Me she takes a holistic/ person centered approach, creating a non-judgmental and safe space, meeting the person where they are at in their process, and strengthening self-awareness, management and communication to help individuals, couples and families achieve their desired goals/change.
Yashman is passionate about helping LGBTQ+ individuals and couples work through both internal and external factors that cause distress, social injustices, relational issues, and supporting and empowering the ability to live out loud and being true to themselves. She also has a passion around helping transitioning teens to young adults learn and gain tools to support a healthy development and transition into adulthood.
